Mindfulness

I like to say drinking is not the problem, it’s a symptom. But you perceive alcohol as a problem. You withhold alcohol as punishment and wonder why you immediately crave a drink. You have to be mindful of how the brain works so you can beat it at its own game. I will teach you how to anticipate what your brain’s going to do and how to make peace with it.

Awareness

As you begin to build awareness surrounding how your brain works. I teach simple methods to expand your awakening. Overdrinking compounds whatever you’re trying to escape. You’ve been conditioned to believe it enhances the good and shields you from the bad. You’ll discover neither are true as the fog lifts and you live awake.

Presence

Stress and anxiety are synthetic emotions…they are created by you. The mind wanders to the future and creates a mythical certainty of what lies ahead. It reflects on your past, punishing you over and over for actions that you cannot change. As you bring your past to your present, you are victimizing yourself. I teach presence as the key to a great life.
